The Rest Stop with Car is an Always Be Looting location, similar to a normal Rest Stop with normal loot, except for a random car spawning at the front. The keys to the car are missing, and can be found in the loot room in the Rest Stop. There's a 10% chance of a magazine spawning in the bathroom.
