Cheevos are the developer-given name for the Achievements system within Death Road to Canada. While there were initially 60 cheevos as of the AORTA update, the DUODENUM update introduced another 12, bumping the total number up to 72 unlockable Cheevos in all, linked to your Steam account. Many are tied to completing a specific game mode, or to beating any game mode with a specific Rare Character in your party, but some have other requirements to them.
Upon earning a Cheevo, a sound clip will play, and a notification at the top of the screen will note what Cheevo the player has just earned. (Typically, it shows a laughing skull next to the text, with very few exceptions.)
While the player can tell what 68 of the Cheevos are from the achievements page on Steam, there are four hidden Cheevos, meaning that players cannot tell what the criteria are until they have been accomplished. They are: "Day of the Circus", "Mode Master", "Has Left The Building", and "NICE ONE, HOSER".

Trivia[]
- Interestingly, having a skeleton head or body is sufficient to receive the "I Hate Skeletons" cheevo, as it abides by the cheevo's description that states "internal skeletons don't count", due to the skull or torso bones no longer being internal.
- Upon receiving the cheevo Has Left The Building, a song, presumably sung by Alvis, will begin to play in the background until the next time the music is changed. The song is called "I Think He's Dead". This effect occurs every time Alvis, in his alternate form, leaves the group.
- The name of the cheevo is a reference to the phrase "Elvis has left the building", which was often announced at the end of Elvis Presley's performances to stifle the hopes of lingering audience members expecting an encore.
- The name of the cheevo Zombillion implies that one would need to kill at least one billion zombies, but the cheevo only actually requires one hundred thousand zombie kills.
- Coup De Grace is a reference to a real fencing move that deals the final blow given to defeat or kill their opponent. Its literal French translation would be the word "deathblow".
- Valhalla is a reference to an afterlife in Norse Mythology, where warriors who performed a valiant final act would go when they died. This location is also home to the Valkyries.
- HL3 is a reference to the discontinued sequel to Valve's Half-Life 2. Half Life 3 has since become an internet meme and troll.
- Bwaugh! is a reference to the stereotypical joke that vampires make this sound when they appear.
- DA NA NA NAA is a reference to the iconic sound in Nintendo's Legend of Zelda games when Link obtains a critical item.
- Caveman Crush is potentially a reference to King's mobile video game Candy Crush.
- SOME PIG is a reference to E. B. White's book Charlotte's Web, as the message that the spider Charlotte weaves into her web about the pig Wilbur.
