Familiar Characters Mode is a Game Mode available in Death Road to Canada.
When this mode is selected the chance of encountering Custom Characters via Events is increased substantially.
This mode is recommended for people who wish to exclusively use their own Custom Characters in games. It can provide organic story telling and comical scenarios for individuals who have included friends, family, or their favorite real life / fictional characters.
This game mode may be little more difficult than the other two starting modes because Dogs and Rare Characters are very hard to encounter. This leaves you without their unique advantages for difficult fights. On the other hand, due to Custom Characters being far more common encounters, this makes predicting character attributes and reacting to certain events much easier. Custom Characters with the right setup are also often far more useful than random normal characters.
